Dr. Alexis is a skilled OT that specializes in women’s pelvic health, infant feeding, and infant and child development. She is dedicated to supporting women, infants, and children so they move and live well. With extensive training in pelvic floor and bowel and bladder dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, and craniosacral approaches to infant body work, she believes each client and family deserves personalized and expert care.
As a mother herself, her approach is very holistic and deeply personal. Education is the foundation for her practice whether educating women about their bodies, birth preparation, or parents on how to best support their child’s development.

Rachel specializes in lactation, infant feeding, tongue ties, and oral dysfunction. She is passionate about helping babies and their families navigate feeding challenges with confidence and care. She supports support families experiencing difficulties with breastfeeding and bottle feeding, including poor latch, slow weight gain, feeding discomfort, tongue ties, and more.
Through gentle, comprehensive feeding evaluations and evidence-based therapy, she focuses on understanding the why behind feeding struggles. With advanced training in her specialty areas, she creates individualized, family-centered care plans that support comfortable, efficient feeding and help families feel informed and supported every step of the way.
